Strawberry-Banana Fruit Smoothie
1 banana,frozen 1 ¼ cups 2% milk
6 strawberries,frozen ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately,or keep cold in the refrigerator.
