Makes 100 servings.Bake in 350º oven.

(1 teaspoon butter or margarine each serving)

Cheese6 ¼ lbs.100 slices (1 oz. Each)
Wieners,all meat10 lbs. (10 to lb.)100
Toothpicks100
Butter,or margarine (melted)1 lb. 2/3 oz.
DIRECTIONS:
1Place slice of cheese on bread,place wiener diagonally across cheese.
2Bring 2 corners of bread up over wiener;place toothpick through bread into wiener to hold bread.
3Brush with melted butter,toast in moderately hot oven until brown;SERVE HOT.
