RECIPE FOR SPANISH SAUCE

SPANISH SAUCE
Makes 100 servings.
INGREDIENTSMEASURES
Onions,chopped1 pt. (or 2 cups)
Canned tomatoes1 –# 10 can
Celery,diced3 qts. (or 12 cups)
Green pepper,chopped1 pt. (or 2 cups)
Salt2 Tbsps.
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Mix all ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.  Makes a great sauce w/baked fish and other meats as well.
