RECIPE FOR POLKA DOT CORN

POLKA DOT CORN
Makes 100 – ¼ serving.Bake in 350° oven.
INGREDIENTSMEASURES
Liquid drained from corn1 qt.
Dry milk solids2 cups
Green onions,chopped2 cups
Parsley,chopped1 cup
Corn,whole kernel,drained4 –# 10 cans
Butter or margarine1 ¾ cups
Saltas needed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine liquid from corn with dry milk.
2. Add other ingredients in order listed.
3. Cover with aluminum for and bake in a moderate oven 350° F. about 30 minutes.
4. SERVE HOT.
