RECIPE FOR ORANGE SLUSH

 ORANGE SLUSH
Makes 40 – 120 servings.
½ cup each serving

Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate1 – 32 oz. Can3 – 32 oz. cans
Non-Fat Dry Milk2/3 cup2 cups
Water1 gal.3 gal.
Sugar1 cup3 cups
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Mix all ingredients.  Pour in steam table pans and let freeze overnight.
2.      Put in vertical cutter or miser for 1 minute,then portion in paper cups.
3.      Store covered in freezer until ready to serve.
