FILLING FOR HONEY BUNS
Makes filling for approximately 100 buns.
INGREDIENTSWEIGHTSMEASURES
Brown Sugar5 lbs.15 cups
Granulated sugar1 lb.1 pt. (or 2 cups)
Cinnamon½ cup
Salt1/3 tsp.
Butter **2 ¼ lbs.4 ½ cups
**You mayuse  the solids left in the bottom of pan,after clear butter had been used for seasoning vegetables.
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Blend dry ingredients.
2.      Add melted butter and blend;mixture should be the consistency of cream pie filling.
