RECIPE FOR DOUGHNUTS

DOUGHNUTS
Makes 200 doughnuts.
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Use same cornmeal rolls recipe as per previous page RECIPE FOR CORNMEAL ROLLS and add 1 ½  teaspoons nutmeg (or according to taste).  
2.      Cut. 
3.       Let rise until double in bulk.
4.      Fry until golden brown.
5.      Roll in powdered sugar while hot
