RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE FROSTING

CHOCOLATE FROSTING
(Uncooked)
Makes 2 to 2 ½ qts.
INGREDIENTSWEIGHTSMEASURES
Butter½ lbs.1 cup
Fluid milk½ cup
Vanilla1 Tbsp.
Cocoa3 ½ oz.1 cup
Cinnamon1 tsp.
Sifted confectioner’s sugar3 lbs.10 ¾ cups
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Combine butter,milk vanilla,cocoa,and cinnamon in mixer bowl and beat.
2.      Add confectioner’s sugar and continue beating until mixture forms peaks.  Spread over cooled cake.
