RECIPE FOR “NO COOK” WHITE FROSTING

NO COOK” WHITE FROSTING
Makes frosting for 2 – 18” x 26” sheet cakes
INGREDIENTSWEIGHTSMEASURES
Sugar1 ½ lbs.3 cups
Cream of tarter1 tsp.
Egg whites4
Boiling water – must be 212° F.1 cup
Vanilla4 ½ tsps.
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Place first 3 ingredients in mixer and beat on No. 12 speed until well  mixed.
2.      Add boiling water and beat on No. 3 as long as possible.
3.      The longer frosting is beaten,the better it is and the yield is increased.
